Guide to the Lobby
The Pacific Poker Lobby is your gateway to the Poker Room. Within the Lobby you will find a wide variety of features, designed to enhance the Poker experience. To learn more about the Pacific Poker Lobby and its features, please proceed below:

1. The News & Events Button & Clock
In the upper right corner of the Lobby you will find the News and Events Button. Clicking this button will open a web page with information on all of Pacific Poker's exciting upcoming events, promotions and tournaments. The clock, set to Pacific Poker time, synchronizes all of our events and tournaments throughout the globe.
2. The Cashier Box
Click on the Cashier box in the lower left corner of the Lobby to Deposit, Cash Out or view your Comp Points. Your available money for play and the amount of money you already have on the tables are also displayed in the Cashier.
3. The Tables & Tournaments Chart
The main Regular Tables and Tournaments Tables Chart is where you will find all of our currently available Poker games, tournaments and tables.
4. The Regular Tables Tabs
On the upper left of the chart are the green colored "Regular Tables" Poker Game Tabs. Clicking on one of these tabs will display all of the tables, currently hosting that particular Poker variation, in the chart below.

5. Viewing the Tables' Details
In the scrollable Tables Chart you will now be able to view the name of each Poker table currently hosting your desired Poker variation. You will also find all of the tables' relevant details, such as:
- Each table's Lower Limit and Higher Limit Stakes;
- The number of players at the table ("Plrs");
- The table's average Pot size ("Avg. Pot");
- The average percentage of players who remain in the game until the Flop ("Plrs/Flop");
- The number of players currently waiting to join the table ("Wait");
- The average number of Poker hands per hour ("Hnd/Hr").
6. The Tables' Details Box
By clicking once on a table's name, you will be able to view additional details in the Tables' Details Box, in the center right of the Lobby. Here you will find the Usernames of the players seated at that particular table and their current Stakes, etc.
The two buttons on the bottom of the box enable you to either join the Poker table that you have selected, or to join the table's Waiting List, if that table is currently full (see How to Join a Waiting List).
7. The Tournament Tables Box
On the upper right of the chart are the green colored "Tournament Tables" Tabs. Clicking on one of these tabs will display all of the upcoming tournaments, of that particular tournament type, in the chart below.

8. Viewing the Tournaments' Details
In the scrollable Tournament Chart you will now be able to view the ID Number, and number of seats or tables, of each upcoming tournament. You will also find all of the tournament's relevant details, such as:
- The tournament's date and starting time ("Date")(Multi Table Tournaments only);
- The Poker game variation being played in the tournament ("Game");
- The tournament's Buy-in amount ("Buy-in");
- Whether the tournament has begun yet, or not ("State");
- The number of players who have enrolled to play in the tournament ("Enrolled").
9. The Tournaments' Details Box
By clicking once on a tournament's ID Number, you will be able to view additional details in the Tournaments' Details Box, in the center right of the Lobby. Here you will find the tournament's start time, number of players, status, etc.
On the bottom of the box is the "Enter Tournament Lobby" Button. Clicking this button will bring you to the Lobby of the tournament that you have highlighted.
10. The Hide Full Tables/Tournaments Option
If you prefer to hide tables that are full, or tournaments that are already running or have already completed, check the "Hide Full Tables"/"Hide Completed Tournaments" option box, on the upper left of the Lobby.
11. The Assistance Buttons
The green Assistance Buttons, on the lower center of the Lobby, offer a variety of features and help:
- In "Settings" you can customize game, sound and graphic features.
- By clicking on the "Game History" Button you will access Pacific Poker's Game History feature. Here you can view your Deposit, Cash Out, and game & tournament history. For more information on this feature, please see Viewing Your Game History of this site.
- The "24 hr Support" Button will provide you with all the means necessary to contact our Support Team.
- Clicking the "Help" Button will open up a web page, from our site, where you will find answers to our Members' most commonly asked inquiries.
12. The Switch to Money Play Button
If you are currently a Practice Play Member of Pacific Poker and wish to start playing Poker for Money Play, click the "Switch to Money Play" Button. This will enable you to open a Pacific Poker Money Play Account.
13. The Invite a Friend & Log Out Buttons
On the lower right of the Lobby you will find the "Invite a Friend" and "Log Out" Buttons. By clicking "Invite a Friend", you will be able to invite people that you know to come and join you at Pacific Poker. Both you and your friend will enjoy a special Bonus.
Clicking the "Log Out" Button will close the Pacific Poker program.
